About the workshop
Join Radiate Arts at Theatre Porto for a series of Art Therapy workshops developed to help tackle the stressors of daily life. This is for age 18+ True Colours provides a safe, structured environment where members of the LGBTQ+ community can explore creative self-expression through creative workshops including art therapy. It will assist in developing individual and group resilience, giving people the opportunity to build their own toolkit that will better help them deal with the stresses of the modern world. These sessions are open to all members of the LGBTQ+ community aged 18+. Sessions will be 90 minutes, starting at 1:30PM until 3:00PM. Each session will have 10 minutes to settle in and introduce yourself, followed by a half hour of art making. There will be a very quick tidy up where we can make space for the artwork made. The rest of the session will be space for you to share your thoughts and experiences from the art making. Participation in the art making and discussion is voluntary. We may take photographs, with consent, of the artwork made for notes. Doors Open: 1:15PM Session Starts: 1:30PM Session Ends: 3:00PM

To cancel a workshop/course, please following these steps: 1) Register a new account on the members area (using the same email address used for your booking). 2) A verification email will be sent to you to accept. 3) Log-in to your members area and go to the 'My Bookings' tab to access all information. 4) Select the drop-down arrow and click 'Cancel'.
